Lucknow police investigate new CCTV footage in Shiva Sharma death case

New CCTV footage has emerged in the investigation into the death of 28-year-old businessman Shiva Sharma, who fell from the fourth floor of the Avadh Green Apartments in Lucknow's Hazratganj area on October 9, 2026.

The footage reportedly shows Sharma and model Shraddha Dubey walking down stairs together, holding hands, accompanied by Dubey's sister, Rashmi Dubey. One clip is dated August 4, 2026, while another shows Dubey returning alone from a late-night party in May.

Sharma's mother, Ranjana Sharma, has accused Dubey and her sister of assault and pushing him from the building. Conversely, Shraddha Dubey released a video claiming Sharma jumped of his own accord.

Lucknow police have arrested Shraddha Dubey, her sister Rashmi, and a driver identified as Danish, also known as Tanveer. Investigators are currently analyzing the footage and sending mobile devices for forensic examination to determine the exact circumstances leading to the fall.
