Lucknow posters depict political leaders and Elon Musk as Ravana's heads

Posters and hoardings depicting various political and public figures as the ten heads of the mythological figure Ravana appeared in several parts of Lucknow, including Hazratganj and Gomti Nagar. The displays were installed by the Sanatan Raksha Sangathan under the headline “Ravana, Enemies of Sanatan Bharat”.

The figures depicted include Indian opposition leaders Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, Bangladeshi economist Muhammad Yunus, and billionaire George Soros. Other individuals featured on the posters include lawyer Prashant Bhushan and deceased gangster-politicians Mukhtar Ansari and Atiq Ahmed.

The Sanatan Raksha Sangathan accused the listed individuals of conspiring against India and attempting to destabilize the country. The organization specifically alleged that Musk’s social media activity aims to influence India’s political and social systems. Samajwadi Party workers reportedly removed the hoardings following their installation.
