Lucknow Super Giants targeted by players and analysts ahead of IPL 2027

The Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are facing significant roster and coaching speculation ahead of the IPL 2027 season. Former Indian cricketer Laxman Sivaramakrishnan has publicly expressed interest in joining the franchise as a spin bowling coach, reaching out to owner Dr. Sanjiv Goenka via social media to offer his services.

Additionally, cricket analyst Aakash Chopra has identified LSG as one of the most suitable destinations for all-rounder Hardik Pandya. Chopra suggests that Pandya could provide much-needed leadership and middle-order stability to the franchise, especially as LSG looks to appoint a new captain following the trade of Rishabh Pant to the Delhi Capitals.
