Lui Henrique Ortelhado Valverde to launch book on ecoepistemology

Professor Lui Henrique Ortelhado Valverde will launch his book, ‘Encantar-se com o Encanto: por uma ecoepistemologia profunda’, this Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Casa de Cultura in Campo Grande.

The event is organized by the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS) through the extension project ‘Environmental Collapse: society and nature in dispute?’. The book explores the relationship between society and nature, utilizing the concept of ecoepistemology to address a ‘perception crisis’ and advocating for a deeper human sensitivity toward the environment.

In addition to the book presentation and a discussion on environmental issues, the event will include a giveaway of copies.
