Giovanni Zarrella pursues international career milestones in New York

German entertainer Giovanni Zarrella is currently in New York to pursue a significant career milestone. He is working on his new album, ‘My Italian Songbook’, which features Italian classics and was partially recorded in Vancouver with producer Bob Rock.

Zarrella described the trip as the fulfillment of a long-held dream shared with his wife, Jana Ina, dating back to 2007. He intends to use this visit to present his work to an international audience through appearances on American morning and late-night shows.

In recent reflections, Zarrella also discussed past personal struggles, including a period of identity crisis and unemployment following the dissolution of the band Bro’Sis in 2006. He admitted to leading a ‘double life’ during that time to hide his professional uncertainties from his wife, noting that the birth of his son in 2008 served as a turning point for his personal stability.

Separately, travel options to the United States are expanding for German travelers. Starting in spring 2027, La Compagnie will offer direct flights from Düsseldorf to Newark, New York, five times per week using Airbus A321neo LR aircraft.
