Luigi Iannone raises 24,000 euros for melanoma research

Luigi Iannone, president of the “I. N. Viaggio” association and a melanoma survivor, raised 24,000 euros to support melanoma research. The funds will be donated to the Pascale Hospital in Naples to support the work of Professor Paolo Ascierto.

The donation was collected during a 50th birthday celebration attended by 587 guests at the “Country Iannone” facility in Santa Maria la Carità. The event included musical performances by the group Alleria and Gianluca Capozzi, and was attended by local officials including the mayors of Gragnano and Nocera Inferiore.
