To mark the centenary of his birth, a new volume titled ‘Ode al vino e all’anarchia’, published by Elèuthera Edizioni, celebrates the legacy of Luigi ‘Gino’ Veronelli. Veronelli was a prominent Italian food and wine critic, intellectual, and polemicist who transformed gastronomy into a cultural language.
