Luino implements digital market management and new staff recruitment

The Municipality of Luino is implementing significant administrative changes. Starting September 15, the management of the Wednesday weekly market will transition to the TownSpaces platform. This digital system, available via desktop and mobile, will be used by vendors to manage attendance, submit justifications for absences, handle stall assignments, and process payments.

While an initial adjustment phase is planned, the municipality stated that no exceptions will be permitted after September 30. Operators must use the platform exclusively for all required operations. To assist with this transition, the municipality is providing manuals and operational guides on its institutional website.

Additionally, the Municipality of Luino has announced a public selection process to hire three professional collaborators for Mayor Andrea Pellicini’s staff. These part-time roles, lasting for the duration of the current administration, will focus on historical-cultural heritage valorization, institutional digital communication, and monitoring the implementation of administrative mandate lines.
