Luis Enrique addresses Lamine Yamal and Lionel Messi comparisons

Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has weighed in on the ongoing comparisons between rising Spanish talent Lamine Yamal and Lionel Messi. While praising Yamal for his continuous development and intelligence on the pitch, Enrique emphasized that the young player is focused on becoming the best version of himself rather than imitating others.

Despite his praise for Yamal, Enrique maintained that comparing the young talent to Messi is futile at this stage. He described Messi as the best player of all time, stating that in a comparison between Messi and any other player, “there is no winner,” effectively placing the Argentine star in an incomparable category. Enrique suggested that while discussions regarding Yamal's legacy might be possible in the future, Messi currently remains at an unrivaled level.
