Paris Saint-Germain extends Luis Enrique's contract until 2030

Paris Saint-Germain has announced a major series of contract extensions to secure its long-term project. Head coach Luis Enrique has signed a new deal lasting until 2030, which includes a significant salary increase from approximately 12 million to 20 million euros per season. Alongside Enrique, the club has officially extended the contracts of several key players, including João Neves (until 2031), Lucas Beraldo, Senny Mayulu, Willian Pacho, and Fabian Ruiz.

These administrative successes come amid a challenging start to the domestic season. PSG has struggled to find form in Ligue 1, recording four consecutive matches without a win. This slump includes a recent 2-1 home defeat against AS Monaco at the Parc des Princes, leaving the defending champions in 13th place. Despite the poor results and a defensive struggle that has seen seven goals conceded in three matches, Luis Enrique remains defiant, expressing confidence in his team's ability to compete for the championship.
