Luis Enrique warns Paris Saint-Germain players after draw with Rennes

Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has issued a warning to his players following a 2-2 draw against Stade Rennais in Ligue 1. After trailing 2-0 at halftime, PSG secured a comeback through two goals from Ferran Torres, who entered the match as a substitute for Ousmane Dembélé and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Enrique emphasized that past performances do not guarantee starting positions, stating that players must prove their worth every day in training and matches. He noted that the team must avoid complacency to achieve future success.

Additionally, Enrique expressed concerns regarding the pitch conditions at Parc des Princes, which necessitated moving the match to Rennes due to heat damage. He noted that the current state of the home pitch does not support the team's preferred attacking style of play. Regarding squad updates, Joao Neves is expected to be ready, while the team must manage the absence of Nuno Mendes.
