Luis Ortiz is scheduled to return to the ring on September 27, 2026, at the Coliseo de Boxeo Carlos Teo Cruz. The event, presented by Maguida Promotions in association with Pedro Valero Matchmaking, will be broadcast live on Prizm TV pay-per-view.

In the main event, Ortiz (35-3, 30 KOs) will face unbeaten contender Abigail Soto (15-0, 10 KOs) for the WBA FedLatino Heavyweight Title. Ortiz aims to use the bout to re-establish his position in the heavyweight rankings, while Soto seeks to leverage her undefeated record against an experienced opponent to advance her career.
