Luiss University welcomes 4,000 new students during Freshers’ Week

Luiss University held its traditional Welcome Ceremony for approximately 4,000 new students as part of Freshers’ Week in Rome. The event highlighted the university's recent academic achievements, including ranking first among large non-state universities in the Censis 2026 classification and securing high global positions in the Financial Times Masters in Management rankings.

During the ceremony, Rector Paolo Boccardelli emphasized the institution's commitment to technological innovation and artificial intelligence to prepare students for a changing geopolitical and labor market. The event also featured FIGC President Giovanni Malagò, who spoke on the importance of sporting values in student development and discussed his ongoing collaboration with Claudio Ranieri regarding football projects and a shift in mentality within the sport.
