Brazilian TV presenter Luiza Ambiel, 53, suffered a sudden vasovagal syncope while seated on a sofa at her home. Security cameras recorded the moment she lost consciousness and fell limp. Her daughter, Gabriela Ambiel, noticed the episode, rushed to the room and lifted her mother's legs – a first‑aid maneuver recommended to restore blood flow to the brain. Luiza recovered shortly thereafter.

Ambiel later shared the video on social media, explaining that the episode was caused by her chronic vasovagal condition and reassuring followers that she was fine. The footage highlighted both the rapid response of her daughter and the seriousness of fainting episodes caused by sudden drops in blood pressure and heart rate.
