Luka Dončić's ex‑fiancée Anamaria Goltes withdraws alimony claim

Anamaria Goltes, the former fiancée of NBA star Luka Dončić, filed a request on Monday in a Los Angeles court to withdraw her lawsuit seeking child‑support and alimony for their two daughters. In the filing she stated the aim was to resolve the matter amicably and in the best interest of the children.

Dončić had earlier asked the court to halt the proceedings, arguing that the California court lacks jurisdiction because the children live in Slovenia. He also expressed a desire for the family to relocate to California, a request Goltes rejected. The case is expected to be decided by a Slovenian court, where Dončić previously lodged a related request.

The withdrawal leaves the dispute to be settled privately between the parents, with the children – two‑year‑old Gabriela and seven‑month‑old Olivija – remaining in Slovenia.
