Luka Mitrović signs with Turkish basketball club Bahçeşehir

Serbian basketball player Luka Mitrović has signed with the Turkish club Bahçeşehir for the 2026/27 season. Mitrović joins the team as a free agent following his tenure with CSKA Moscow.

Mitrović, 33, brings extensive experience from the EuroLeague, EuroCup, and ABA League to the Istanbul-based club. He previously played for prominent teams including Red Star Belgrade, Bamberg, and Hapoel Jerusalem. He will play under the leadership of head coach Aleksandar Đorđević.

His arrival strengthens the Serbian presence within the Bahçeşehir roster, which already includes players such as Aleksa Avramović, former Partizan player Isaiah Mike, and Mateusz Ponitka.
