Luka Modrić visits Tri Sestrice luxury development site
Croatian footballer Luka Modrić has visited the construction site of the Tri Sestrice project, a major luxury tourism development located near Dubrovnik in the Dubrovačko Primorje municipality.
Modrić, who is an investor in the project, met with owner Vicenco Blagaić and Manuel Ruiz Moriche of the Spanish firm ARK Architects. Modrić confirmed he chose ARK Architects to design his personal villa due to their previous work for football colleagues in Madrid.
The first phase of the development is valued at approximately 350 million euros and is set to include three hotels, two marinas, two beach clubs, 30 villas, and 150 branded residences. Current works are focused on the development of 5.5 kilometers of access roads and essential communal infrastructure.
