Luka Pavlović elected new president of Pula IDS

Luka Pavlović has been unanimously elected as the new president of the Pula branch of the IDS political party. Pavlović, who also serves as the director of 'Vodovod Pula – Labin d. o. o.', succeeds Valter Boljunčić.

Boljunčić, the current president of the Pula City Council, resigned from the party leadership to separate his two roles, stating that the distinction would allow for more dedicated attention to each area of responsibility.

Pavlović emphasized that the party must adapt to changing citizen expectations in Pula, stating that the IDS will ‘not be left or right, but exclusively forward’. He noted that the party currently holds power in 13 of the 16 local committees and is preparing for upcoming local elections. Regarding the current mayor, Peđa Grbin, Pavlović confirmed that the IDS maintains confidence in him.
