Luka Vušković shines at Brighton as Tottenham struggles

Tottenham Hotspur has struggled at the start of the Premier League season, sitting in 17th place without a win or a goal after four matches, despite spending 366 million euros on summer transfers. Significant acquisitions include Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes, Savio, and Jan Paul van Hecke.

In contrast, former Tottenham defender Luka Vušković has excelled following his 54 million euro transfer to Brighton & Hove Albion. The 19-year-old Croatian defender played a key role in Brighton’s 3-0 victory over Arsenal, earning praise for his technical quality, tactical intelligence, and aerial dominance. Media reports suggest that Tottenham may regret selling the prospect, as Vušković has quickly established himself as a standout performer in the league.
