Luke Menzies reveals 56 percent WWE salary cut

Former WWE wrestler Luke Menzies, known professionally as Ridge Holland, has claimed that the company offered him a 56 percent salary reduction during contract negotiations. Menzies shared these details on social media, suggesting he may have been among the first to experience this “TKO version” of negotiations following the merger of WWE and UFC under TKO Group Holdings.

Menzies’ comments follow recent revelations from other wrestlers regarding significant pay cuts. Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed, formerly of The New Day, recently confirmed they were offered more than a 50 percent pay cut, a move that preceded their move to AEW. Some reports have suggested the reduction offered to Kingston and Creed could have been as high as 75 percent.

Menzies was released from WWE in late 2025. While he previously cited a 58 percent reduction in a 2024 contract during a radio interview, his recent social media post specifically highlights the 56 percent figure.
