Luke Packham has discussed his experience on the third season of ‘The Traitors Australia’, noting that the strategic gameplay made it his preferred reality television experience compared to previous appearances on ‘The Block’ and ‘Love Island’. He highlighted that the show’s focus on objectives and deception provided a more engaging environment than other formats.

However, Packham also revealed the significant physical and mental toll the competition took on him. He described experiencing high anxiety levels, difficulty sleeping, and a loss of appetite due to constant obsession with the game’s survival mechanics.

Reflecting on his time in the manor, Packham and his twin brother Josh Packham were noted for being vocal and dominant players. Luke expressed frustration with other contestants who opted to play more cautiously by remaining silent, noting that while they were active in trying to identify traitors, they often faced criticism for their confidence.
