Lula leads presidential voting intentions in Sergipe polls

Recent Quaest polling data reveals significant trends in Brazilian presidential election intentions. In Sergipe, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva leads with 53% of the vote, while Flávio Bolsonaro follows in second place with 19%. When candidate Pablo Marçal is included in the survey, Lula’s percentage remains at 53%, while Flávio Bolsonaro rises to 20%.

In São Paulo, a phenomenon dubbed the ‘TarLula vote’ has emerged, where 11% of voters who intend to vote for Lula for president also support Tarcísio de Freitas for state governor. Fernando Haddad commented on this trend, suggesting it reflects a desire among voters to find an alternative to Flávio Bolsonaro rather than a specific preference for Tarcísio. Haddad characterized the rejection of Flávio Bolsonaro as a positive sign for the political landscape.
