Lulkowo to host new distribution center creating 600 jobs

A major logistics investment has been finalized in Lulkowo, within the Gniezno municipality. Maria Suplicka, the mayor, signed the notary deed for the sale of an 18-hectare plot for 14.4 million PLN.

The buyer, Centrum Wynajmu Nieruchomości S.A. based in Krotoszyn, plans to construct a distribution center to serve the Dino retail chain. The facility is expected to include a warehouse hall of approximately 47,000 to 50,000 square meters.

The project is expected to create around 600 jobs, making it one of the largest employers in the Gniezno region. The deal follows more than five years of negotiations. Construction is projected to begin as early as 2027.
