Lululemon overhauls leadership team with new executive appointments

Lululemon Athletica Inc. is undergoing a significant leadership restructuring following recent revenue and profitability declines. CEO Heidi O’Neill has announced several key appointments to newly created roles, effective October 26.

Maggie Gauger, formerly the CEO of Athleta, will join as president and chief product officer. Joseph Godsey, previously with Walmart Canada, has been named chief operating officer. These moves aim to enhance product innovation, design, and operational excellence.

Concurrently, the company announced that Nikki Neuburger, chief brand and product activation officer, and Ted Dagnese, chief supply chain officer, will depart on November 6. Lululemon is also actively searching for a chief brand officer, chief communications officer, chief technology officer, and chief strategy officer to complete the new leadership structure.
