Lumino Industries shares debut at 34% premium on NSE

Lumino Industries has made its stock market debut, with shares listing at a 34% premium on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The company’s initial public offering (IPO) raised a total of Rs 700 crore, consisting of a Rs 500 crore fresh issue and a Rs 200 crore offer for sale (OFS).

The IPO saw significant investor interest, with the total issue being subscribed over 124 times. Specific subscription rates included 232.79 times for the Qualified Institutional Bidders (QIB) category, 185.21 times for Non-Institutional Investors (NII), and approximately 40 times for retail investors. The final issue price was set at Rs 82 per share.

Established in 2005, Lumino Industries is an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company. It specializes in manufacturing and supplying products for the power transmission and distribution industry, including conductors, power cables, electrical wires, and high-temperature low-sag (HTLS) conductors.
