Lunalia Asset Management established by U-Stella Group

Lunalia Asset Management LLC was established on September 28, 2026, as an intermediate holding and asset management company for the U-Stella Group. Based in Setagaya, Tokyo, the new entity is led by Representative Chihiro Yoneya.

The company will manage group interests and assets while operating ‘Vrepo’, a web media outlet focused on VR and virtual culture, particularly within VRChat. Beyond media, Lunalia Asset Management plans to expand into several new business sectors, including facility management (such as rental studios), AI and digital solutions, research and development for the U-Stella Group, and M&A activities.

Future plans also include developing paid services for interactions and conversations with cast members within VRChat.
