Lundbeck and McKesson announce major pharma industry developments

Lundbeck and EVERSANA have entered into a strategic partnership to advance AI-powered commercialization within Lundbeck’s U.S. operations. The collaboration utilizes EVERSANA’s AI Agency platform to create a scalable framework for strategy development, content creation, and omnichannel engagement. This initiative is part of Lundbeck’s ‘Focused Innovator’ strategy, which aims to integrate human expertise with artificial intelligence to enhance commercial execution.

In a separate industry development, McKesson Corporation has agreed to acquire Precision Medicine Group, LLC, for approximately $2.25 billion. Precision Medicine Group provides clinical research and biopharma commercialization services, including biomarker intelligence and market access consulting. Following the acquisition, Precision Medicine Group will operate within McKesson’s Oncology & Multispecialty segment to bolster its clinical research and commercialization capabilities.
