Lung Cung village in Lao Cai attracts visitors with spring peach blossoms
Lung Cung village, located in Nam Co commune, Lao Cai province, is gaining attention for its striking spring scenery. Situated at an altitude of approximately 1,300 meters near the 2,913-meter Lung Cung peak, the village is home to about 219 households and 1,340 people, primarily from the Hmong ethnic group.
During the spring months, peach blossoms bloom across the mountainsides, covering areas from the foot of the hills to the slopes. This seasonal phenomenon creates a vast pink landscape that contrasts with the green forest, appearing like a giant pink silk cloth from a distance. The peach trees grow naturally around homes, along roads, and on hillsides, integrating the floral display into the daily life of the local community.
