Lunit named one of TIME’s top global healthtech companies

Lunit, a medical artificial intelligence company, has been named one of the ‘World’s Top HealthTech Companies 2026’ by TIME magazine and Statista. The company was specifically recognized in the ‘Diagnostics’ category, which includes digital solutions for medical imaging analysis and disease monitoring.

The selection was based on a multi-faceted evaluation of financial performance, reputation analysis, and online engagement across 500 companies from approximately 30 countries. Lunit’s AI imaging solution, ‘Lunit INSIGHT’, is currently utilized by more than 10,000 medical institutions across 70 countries.

Lunit maintains a strong international presence, with overseas revenue accounting for 95% of its total sales as of the second quarter of last year. The company has expanded its global reach through direct sales via subsidiaries like Lunit International and through strategic partnerships with major medical device manufacturers, including GE HealthCare, Philips, and Fujifilm.
