Lupin III 55th Anniversary limited edition vehicle and figure set announced

To celebrate the 55th anniversary of the Lupin III anime, the fourth installment of the ‘LUPIN THE GALLERY’ series, titled the 55th Limited Model, has been announced. The set features a 1/20 scale model of Lupin’s iconic ice-blue car, inspired by the final episode of the original Part 1 anime, ‘The Golden Showdown!’

The limited edition includes painted figures of Lupin III and Daisuke Jigen in outfits matching the Part 1 finale, along with a special acrylic base featuring the 55th-anniversary logo. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on September 10, 2026, with shipping expected in March 2027. The set is priced at 16,500 yen.

This release coincides with broader anniversary celebrations, including a large-scale popularity poll for favorite episodes, with selected highlights set to air on Nippon TV and other networks starting in October.
