Luís Montenegro attends Festa do Pontal in Algarve

Portuguese Prime Minister Luís Montenegro attended the Festa do Pontal in Quarteira, Algarve, accompanied by his wife, Carla, and his youngest son, Diogo. During the visit to Garrão beach, Montenegro engaged with members of the public before taking a swim.
