Luís Tchê visits Ufac laboratory to monitor scientific projects

State Deputy Luís Tchê visited the Laboratory of Veterinary Virology and Parasitology (LabVirpa) at the Federal University of Acre (Ufac) to monitor ongoing scientific projects.

Tchê, accompanied by Councilman Felipe Tchê, allocated a parliamentary amendment of R$ 200,000 to the laboratory. These funds are designated for the purchase of real-time PCR equipment, a technology intended to accelerate and expand disease diagnosis, particularly concerning the reproduction of cattle, dogs, and cats.

This contribution follows previous financial support from the deputy to Ufac, which benefited the university's soil analysis and milk quality control laboratories. The investments aim to strengthen diagnostic capabilities, encourage scientific research, and support the training of new veterinary professionals.
