Cultural events and art exhibitions announced in Portugal and Brazil

Various cultural events and exhibitions are scheduled across Portugal and Brazil. In Lisbon, the Tribeca Festival Lisboa returns in December featuring Katie Holmes and Edward Burns. Additionally, the MEO Commedia a La Carte Fest is rebuilding its lineup following controversies regarding Jerry Seinfeld; the festival will now include Jim Gaffigan, George Wallace, and Tom Papa.

Other Portuguese cultural activities include the 25th edition of the O Gesto Orelhudo music-comedy festival in Águeda, the Arte Pela Palestina initiative in Lisbon, and the 10th Lusofonia Awards at Casino do Estoril, which honors citizens from CPLP member states.

In Brazil, thirty young artists from Piauí are set to exhibit their work at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris as part of the Children Coloring The World project. Meanwhile, the Pinacoteca de São Paulo has announced a solo exhibition for artist Keith Haring, scheduled to run from late 2027 to early 2028.
