Luxeed achieves 10,000 monthly deliveries via AI-driven super factory

Luxeed, a brand under the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance, has achieved a significant milestone with monthly deliveries exceeding 10,000 units, driven largely by the luxury MPV model, the Luxeed V9. This performance marks a turning point for the brand as it enters a new operational phase characterized by a restructured management team and a focus on integrated intelligent ecosystems.

Central to this growth is the Luxeed Super Factory in Wuhu, Anhui. Developed in close collaboration with Huawei, the facility is the first in China to receive a Level 4 National Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Certification. The factory utilizes a “PADEE” closed-loop system—Perception, Analysis, Decision, Execution, and Evolution—to drive autonomous, data-driven production. This AI-integrated approach allows for high flexibility, enabling efficient switching between different vehicle models.

The factory also features advanced manufacturing technologies, such as electromagnetic thermal control die-casting, which was first applied to the Luxeed V9. This technology integrates 78 parts into a single component, reducing weight by 15.5% and increasing yield strength by over 55%. Luxeed aims to leverage this manufacturing strength and its deep integration with Huawei’s HarmonyOS to compete in the high-end intelligent vehicle market.
