Luxury hospitality brands announce new developments in Singapore and Mykonos

Two major luxury hospitality developments have been announced for Singapore and Mykonos.

NoMad Singapore is set to make its Asia-Pacific debut on Orchard Road, occupying the former Faber House building. Developed in partnership with UOL Group, the 14-storey hotel is expected to open in late 2026 or early 2027. Designed by WOHA, the property will feature 173 guest rooms and suites and a biophilic design including a 14-story cascading waterfall and a vertical living facade. The interiors are being handled by Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design.

In Greece, Ora Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Ora Developers, is launching a new ultra-luxury brand with a flagship €100 million resort on Mykonos. Scheduled to open in May 2027 near Kalo Livadi Bay, the resort will feature 93 keys, including rooms, suites, and villas. Designed by Rockwell Group, the property will include four restaurants and bars, an event space, and a 900m2 wellness center. The project is being personally guided by founder Naguib Sawiris.
