Luxury hospitality brands expand into yachting sector
Luxury hospitality brands are increasingly expanding their reach into the yachting sector. The Four Seasons group has debuted its flagship vessel, Four Seasons I, a 207-meter yacht featuring 95 suites, all of which face the ocean. The vessel operates across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Bahamas, offering high-end service with a one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio.
Simultaneously, the Florentine manufacturer Ginori 1735, part of the Kering Group, is applying its design philosophy to maritime environments. On The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Evrima, Ginori 1735 has redesigned several outdoor spaces using specific color palettes such as Azzurro, Mandarino, and Zafferano. The collaboration includes the ‘Il Viaggio di Nettuno’ collection, designed by Luke Edward Hall, which integrates custom tableware, glassware, and lighting into the yacht’s scenographic design.
