Luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi and Kuala Lumpur launch new wellness facilities

Luxury hospitality brands in Abu Dhabi and Kuala Lumpur are expanding their wellness offerings to integrate deeper wellbeing experiences into the guest stay.

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal has opened a new spa inspired by the lotus, focusing on renewal and balance. The facility features seven treatment rooms, including dedicated suites for men, women, and couples. The spa utilizes ESPA and Amra Skincare for various therapeutic massages and rituals.

Scheduled to open on 30 October, the Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur is introducing a 2,275 sq m wellness space centered on recovery and longevity. The offering includes the Waldorf Astoria Spa, featuring La Prairie treatments, alongside hydrothermal facilities such as mineral salt saunas and an Oriental Hammam. The hotel is also integrating technology through a Wellness Studio equipped with Technogym AI-powered assessment systems and specialized recovery equipment like the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.
