Luxury Italian menswear brands launch new autumn/winter collections in Japan
Luxury menswear brands are introducing new autumn/winter collections and bespoke services in Japan.
Zegna has released its ‘ELECTA LIGHT’ fabric for the 2026 autumn/winter season. This lightweight 2/2 twill fabric, weighing 270g/m, is designed to provide the elegant luster and durability of the classic ELECTA series while offering a lighter feel suitable for daily business wear. The collection includes various patterns such as solids, stripes, and checks.
Additionally, the Neapolitan shirt brand Luigi Borrelli will hold a ‘Su Misura’ bespoke event at Isetan Men’s in Shinjuku on September 5 and 6. The event features 20 different collar styles and allows customers to customize details including buttons, cuffs, stitching, and precise measurements. Prices for custom dress and casual shirts start from 66,000 yen, with an estimated production time of six to seven months.
