Luxury Watch Works launches timepiece Centre of Excellence in India

Luxury Watch Works (LWW) has launched India’s first unified Centre of Excellence for luxury timepieces in Mumbai. The facility is designed to provide end-to-end support for luxury watch collectors through four integrated service pillars.

As an authorised after-sales service provider for 13 international brands—including Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Piaget, TAG Heuer, Ulysse Nardin, and Vacheron Constantin—the centre employs Swiss-trained watchmakers. The technical team manages over 100 mechanical calibres using brand-specific diagnostics and genuine OEM components.

The ecosystem introduces the ‘Hour Circle’ lifecycle management programme, which offers theft and accidental damage protection, concierge services, and resale assistance. Additionally, the company has debuted the ‘Virtual Vault Report’ (VVR), a blockchain-secured digital authentication and certification platform based on a 50-point inspection process.
