Luxury watchmakers Parmigiani Fleurier and Bulgari announce major exhibitions and collaborations
Luxury watchmakers Parmigiani Fleurier and Bulgari have announced significant upcoming showcases and collaborations.
To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Parmigiani Fleurier will host the ‘Mechanical Wonders 2026’ exhibition at 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT in Tokyo from September 19 to September 24, 2026. The exhibition will feature historical mechanical masterpieces restored by the maison, alongside contemporary timepieces. It will include a rare public display of historical automata and jewelry from the Sand Family Foundation collection, such as 19th-century singing birds and mechanical objects.
Separately, Bulgari will participate in Geneva Watch Days in September 2026, unveiling a limited edition ‘Octo Finissimo Vianney Halter’ model. This timepiece represents a movement collaboration between Bulgari and independent watchmaker Vianney Halter. The design draws inspiration from Jules Verne and precision engineering, aiming for a ‘retro-futuristic’ aesthetic that blends Victorian influences with science fiction.
