Luzhou District Office conducts disaster prevention drills in Renfu Village

The Luzhou District Office, in collaboration with the New Taipei City Government and a professional team from National Taiwan University, is conducting a six-month disaster prevention community workshop in Renfu Village.

A practical drill was held on October 10 to simulate emergency responses to complex disaster scenarios, specifically focusing on fires triggered by earthquakes. Participants engaged in hands-on training, including CPR, the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED), emergency reporting, initial firefighting techniques, and the establishment of evacuation shelters.

Local officials emphasized that these simulations aim to transform emergency response methods into instinctive actions for residents, strengthening the community's ability to assist one another and recover effectively from natural disasters.
