LVMH reports €57.1 billion in nine-month revenue amid shifting luxury demand

LVMH reported a 1% rise in organic revenue for the third quarter of 2026, bringing total revenue for the first nine months of the year to €57.1 billion. While the group faced a slowdown in China that impacted its Fashion & Leather Goods division, which fell 5% organically in the third quarter, other sectors provided resilience.

The Selective Retailing division saw 8% organic growth in the third quarter, driven largely by Sephora gaining market share through exclusive launches and expansion into Belgium and Croatia. The Perfumes & Cosmetics division remained stable, with brands like Parfums Christian Dior and Guerlain performing well due to new product launches.

In other sectors, Watches & Jewelry grew by 8% organically, supported by Tiffany & Co. and Bvlgari. The Wines & Spirits division recorded 5% organic growth over the first nine months, with Hennessy cognac gaining momentum in Asia and champagne showing signs of recovery in Europe. Despite the softened demand in China, LVMH noted growth in the United States, Europe, and Japan.
