The municipality of Lwówek Śląski has announced a tender for the renovation of a building located at 24 Jaśkiewicza Street, which serves as the headquarters for the Wody Polskie Catchment Management Board.
The scope of work focuses on moisture protection and drainage. Key tasks include installing approximately 40 meters of perimeter drainage, performing vertical wall insulation for about 130 square meters, and repairing foundation walls. The project also involves upgrading the rainwater drainage system, including the installation of 61 meters of main storm sewer piping.
Interior works will include removing damp and degraded plaster from approximately 294 square meters of walls and replacing roughly 68.5 square meters of wooden flooring.
