Maryla Rodowicz reveals weight loss as new Opole mural is planned

Polish singer Maryla Rodowicz has undergone a significant physical transformation, losing 20 kilograms through a combination of smaller portion sizes—referred to as the ‘NŻ’ principle—and regular low-impact exercise such as walking and stationary cycling.

In Opole, a mural dedicated to the music icon is being prepared by the artist group Murki. The artwork, created by students and graduates of the University of Opole and the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, is expected to be unveiled around her concert on September 13.

Separately, former Polish national volleyball team captain Agnieszka Korneluk, who retired from professional sports in April, has shared that she is pregnant.
