LXA appoints James Brooks as Projects Director in Dubai

Dubai-based project management consultancy LXA has appointed James Brooks as its new Projects Director. Brooks, who joined the firm earlier this year, brings extensive experience in high-end and super-prime residential developments across the Middle East, the UK, Europe, and the US.

In his new role, Brooks will oversee projects across multiple sectors, focusing on managing programme, quality, cost, and delivery risks. His appointment aligns with a strategic shift for LXA, which is refocusing its core services on project management, cost management, and design management while stepping away from providing interior design services.

LXA, which has operated in Dubai since 2007 and expanded into Saudi Arabia in 2021, aims to leverage Brooks’s expertise in the luxury sector to support clients in the residential, hospitality, commercial, and education sectors. Recent projects supported by the firm include residences in Al Barari and Emirates Hills, as well as private palaces in Riyadh.
