Lyon Bière Festival announces cancellation of 2027 edition

Organizers of the Lyon Bière Festival have announced that the 2027 edition of the event will not take place, effectively putting the festival on pause.

In a statement, the organizers cited the closure of the Double Mixte in Villeurbanne, which typically hosted the event, as a factor that has profoundly changed the situation. They noted that they are no longer able to continue the festival under the conditions they desire and that they believe stopping now is the right decision rather than continuing at any cost.

The festival, considered one of the most significant craft beer events in France, expressed gratitude to its community for their years of loyalty and support.
