Lyon hosts inaugural Grand Prix Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes ATP 250

The inaugural Grand Prix Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, an ATP 250 indoor hardcourt tournament, is being held at the LDLC Arena in Lyon from October 19 to 25, 2026. Directed by Thierry Ascione, the event succeeds the Open 13 Provence previously held in Marseille.

The tournament features a diverse field of players, including Taylor Fritz, Lorenzo Musetti, Flavio Cobolli, and Stan Wawrinka. Notable French participants include Ugo Humbert, Arthur Rinderknech, and Corentin Moutet, while young talent Moïse Kouamé received an FFT invitation. Key matchups following the draw include an all-French duel between Humbert and Moutet, and an all-Italian clash between Musetti and Matteo Arnaldi.

The total prize pool is 757,320 euros, with the winner set to receive 115,195 euros. The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region serves as the title partner, supported by major sponsors such as Eiffage, BNP Paribas, Emirates, and Veolia. Matches will be broadcast in France via Eurosport and the Tennis TV platform.
