LyondellBasell and Leonardo DRS post Q2 2026 earnings
LyondellBasell Industries announced second‑quarter 2026 results with net income of $0.6 billion, diluted earnings of $1.71 per share and EBITDA of $1.3 billion. The company highlighted a divestiture of selected European assets, ongoing fixed‑cost reductions and the cash‑improvement plan that lowered capital spending.
Leonardo DRS reported revenue of $913 million, up 10% year‑over‑year, and net earnings of $86 million, up 59%. Adjusted EBITDA rose 33% to $128 million and diluted EPS increased 60% to $0.32. The defense‑technology firm also disclosed a $450 million acquisition of Raft to expand its multi‑domain AI, data‑fusion and mission‑software capabilities, and its backlog grew to $5.1 billion.
