LyondellBasell Industries declares dividend and sees increased institutional holdings

LyondellBasell Industries N. V. has announced a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share. Shareholders of record as of August 24th will receive the payment on August 31st, representing an annualized dividend yield of 4.3%.

In recent regulatory filings, TD Asset Management Inc increased its stake in the specialty chemicals company by 45.2% during the second quarter, bringing its total holdings to 137,348 shares valued at approximately $7.23 million.

The company reported quarterly earnings of $4.30 per share, exceeding analyst expectations of $3.44, on revenue of $9.18 billion. LyondellBasell currently maintains a market capitalization of $20.60 billion.
