Lyra Technology Group acquires Adelaide-based Concept Data

Lyra Technology Group, a division of Evergreen, has acquired Adelaide-based Concept Data and its sister company, Voice Select. The acquisition expands Lyra’s presence in the ANZ region, following four other business acquisitions by Evergreen this quarter.

Concept Data, founded in 2014, provides managed IT services, cyber security, cloud services, and AI enablement. Voice Select, established in 2018, specializes in hosted voice, VoIP systems, and telecommunications support. Together, the entities offer integrated IT, security, and communications solutions to small and medium-sized organizations in sectors such as healthcare, finance, and education.

Under the terms of the deal, Concept Data and Voice Select will continue to operate independently under their existing brands in Adelaide. CEO Gary Paradise and the current team will remain in place to maintain client relationships and business continuity.
